How long does shipping take and what are the costs?

We offer free standard shipping on all bike orders. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.

Do the bikes come pre-assembled?

Our bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, pedals, and handlebars using the toolkit provided in the box.

What kind of warranty do you offer on electrical components?

We provide a 2-year limited warranty covering the motor, battery, and controller against manufacturing defects.

Can I return my bike if I am not satisfied?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. The bike must be in its original packaging and have fewer than 10 miles on the odometer to qualify for a full refund.
